Tuition: The tuition fee is $1,000-double occupancy accommodations at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Lansing, Michigan; or $1,250 -single occupancy. The fee includes course materials, hotel accommodations and all meals except dinners. See brochure for complete details.

Cancellation:
The entire tuition is required in advance due to space limitations. For cancellations post-marked on or before July 10, 2015, CDAM will refund your tuition fee, less $150. After July 10, 2015, there is no refund. See registration form for complete details.
